How to Import Snapshots in Omnix : Omnix Support Portal


This guide explains how to import snapshots in Omnix so you can quickly apply pre-built assets and configurations to new accounts with less manual work.

  1. Log into Omnix in your web browser
     
  2. Open an additional tab in your browser

  3. Paste the snapshot share link into the browser address bar and hit enter

  4. Click Yes! Import Now


Import Snapshot from Email


  1. Log into Omnix in your web browser

  2. Click Click here in the email

  3. Click Yes! Import Now



Note: Imported snapshots are stored at the agency level under Settings > Account Snapshot > Imported Snapshots tab. They are not automatically visible inside a subaccount. To use an imported snapshot in a specific subaccount, you must manually load it by going to Agency View > Subaccounts > Select sub account> Actions > Load Snapshot.

Steps to Load Snapshot for a Client/Sub Account


Step 1: Navigate to Manage Client Account


  1. Click on Sub-Accounts from your agency menu.



  2. For the sub-account you want to load snapshots to, click on the three dots beside Switch to Sub-account button.

  3. Click on Manage Client from the pop-up.


Step 2: Load Snapshot


  1. From the client/sub-account management page, click on Actions.

  2. Click on Load Snapshot from the drop-down.



  3. Pick a Snapshot from the pre imported list.

  4. Click on Proceed.



  5. Select or Skip assets you want to push to the sub-account from the snapshot.


Note: If your snapshot includes Webinars, importing them clones the webinar pages and automatically creates the corresponding webinar sessions. Related webinar data is restored during the import.


  1. Click on Proceed.



  2. Check for Conflicts by click on the + icon and click on Proceed.

  3. Type Confirm in the box to start the loading process.
